Did you recently establish an alumni programme at your university? Are you looking to enhance the relationship with your former students? At the heart of alumni relations is building effective relationships with alumni – for benefits across your institution and for lifelong benefits to the alumni too. The session introduces you to four key components for your alumni relations programme. The workshop format is interactive and practical, drawing on some of the theory and examples from alumni programmes worldwide. The aim is for you to leave with a set of actions and a toolkit to energise your alumni programme in 2023!
The workshop is delivered by Dr Maria Gallo, recognised as one of the world’s leading experts on alumni potential. Maria is the author of the book The Alumni Way: Building Lifelong Value from Your University Investment, published by Policy Press in 2021.
